You must be at least 18 years old to use Grove. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
You agree not to:

• Harass or harm other users

• Upload harmful, inappropriate, or misleading content

• Attempt to access accounts that are not yours

• Interfere with the operation of the App

• Reverse-engineer or tamper with the App

2. Account Responsibility

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your login.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it updated.

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within Grove

You grant Grove permission to store, process, and display your content for the purpose of operating the App (e.g., showing your content to members of your groups).

We do not publicly share your content outside your groups without your consent.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software are the property of Meridian or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or resell our materials without permission.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use our services in a harmful or abusive way. You may delete your account at any time.

6. Disclaimers

Grove provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Service interruptions

• Loss of data

• Unauthorized access

• Actions of third-party service providers

7. Limitation of Liability

Grove is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
